History: Started out with a large amount of chakra right away at his disposal, he was, like Naruto, an outcast. Although, not for the same reason. He became a ninja nevertheless. He has done a large handful of missions and has ascended to the rank of jounin. He also has a large mental capacity, so he can remember a lot of details, and faces.
He highly respects Deidara and likes to call him Deidara niichan*. He also thinks Tobi is totally awesome because he can relate to Tobi's goofy side. Vinny hates Sasuke and Team Hebi except Suigetsu because he's cool (Rock on Suigetsu!) He also likes Hinata and Sakura. He also is great friends with Gaara and Naruto.
Personality: As stated above, he is friends with Gaara and Naruto. He likes Hinata and Sakura. He likes Tobi and Suigetsu but hates all other current Akatsuki (meaning not Deidara!) and Team Hebi (including Sasuke!) He also considers his mentor to be
Deidara. He thinks Raku is pretty but doesn't intefeer with her relationship with Deidara.
Likes to use a large weapons like: Great swords, Maces, those cool spicked ball and chain things, etc. He hardly uses kunai and shurikens but does use when necessary. He is very healthy and can almost out run Deidara on a clay bird. He uses Wind and Earth based jutsu's. He is an excellent stratedgist and could over throw a village with enough assistance in about 1 day.
Other: Looks like picture below sort of but has blue eyes and no monotonous look.
Special Abilities: Stated above mostly, He can summon a horse though.
Jutsu: Stated above again. He can make a wall of Earth for strong long protection, or a ball of wind for self protection. He also has a bunch of jutsu based off of songs like: Balls to the Wall jutsu (only works on guys for some reason...), Raining Blood jutsu (creates a form of acid from earth that can cause small bloodshed, not used often because he can't aim it at certain people it affects everyone within a 1 km radius.) And stuff like that...and I can't think of anymore info, eh?
New! In the past 10 years Vinny has trained his butt off and is now fitter than he ever was. He had a run in with a jinchuriki and ticked it off giving him the black scars down his face. This is a version of Curse Mark although it is not that of Orochimaru's. Vinny's mask resembles that of Ichigo's hollow mask but no markings on it. The marks on Vinny's face come in like a curse mark but come in sorta like flames.
