Maemi had been in the hospital healing the injured until Sakura forced her to go see Sasuke's wounds instead. She agreed reluctantly and entered the room where Sasuke had been laid.
Her eyes began to tear as she closed the door behind her. I can see the pain across his expression, She thought walking forward as her leather boots clicked against the floor. Her short dress swayed slightly showing the tops of her thighs as always, and the heart shaped opening near the top of her chest was visible. She let the heart shaped locket fall from her shirt as she leaned over the bed to look at his face.
"Sasuke," She whispered with tears forming in her amethyst eyes. She couldn't bare to see him this way. "Sasuke, tell me where it hurts so I can heal you," She whispered putting her fingertips lightly on his cheek healing the scratch across it. "Just tell me what's wrong, I'll help you in any way I can." She whispered almost leaning closer to his face but instead withdrawing her hand from him.
No, don't do that, he doesn't love you anymore, but what if he doesn't know- NO! Damn it! Don't touch him without his consent! She thought having to keep herself from him.
"You'll never be alone again. I'm here now Maemi, like I always should have been. Have you looked after my heart? I left it with you.."

Sasuke laid there on the bed unwillingly. "tch... i c-can do... it o-o-on my own..." He tried speaking without showing his extreme amount of pain lurking with in his body. He not only had external injuries but also internal injuries. One of the neos shinobi had the ability to tear their enemy apart from the inside but it was a long and slow proccess. "agh... shit!" he yelled holding his stomach in vital pain. It was his lung, it had been ripped by one of the neos shinobi's special abilities, but Sasuke had used his chakra to keep it protected, though it wouldnt last forever. A tear trickled down his face onto the pillow he was laying on. "Maemi... h-help me...." He spoke softly trying to keep consciously.

Maemi heard his voice and the pain within it. She closed her eyes for a moment then reopened them as they held a different mixture of color. She could see his internal injures clearly. Her clan had been the perfect healing ninja. They could heal almost any illness and some could even give up their own lives to give it to someone else.
"Shh," She whispered walking toward him as she knelt down. "I'll heal you, but you know how my powers work. If you'd like me to get someone else to try, I will, but if I use my powers don't hate me. I didn't choose them." She gently touched another of his cuts healing it.
"My powers will take a while to come into effect, but they will work, so you'd have to be patient with me," She said once again healing another outer scrap. She wouldn't begin using her other powers without his permission.
If I use my powers, I'll have to make sure not to go too far with them and try to make the kiss something more than it should be. She thought almost sad to know that she couldn't kiss him like before. The thought of even being closer to him made her body wish for it to be so.
"You'll never be alone again. I'm here now Maemi, like I always should have been. Have you looked after my heart? I left it with you.."

"Hurry and just do it Maemi!" He shouted but choked on his last word due to all of the blood in his lungs. He was beginning to drown in his own blood. He coughed to get some of the blood out of his lungs but as he did so, his lungs just sucked in even more blood. His lungs had so much blood that his whole body went a pale blue and went completely numb. He slowly closed his eyes, watching Maemi closely as he had chosen to die drowning and the curse mark on his shoulder seemed to somewhat fade.

Maemi felt her face go pale completely. Her heart almost stopped as she ran forward. She put her hands against his chest. "This Is Not The End!" She yelled with the tears already pouring from her deep amethyst eyes. She wasn't ready to see him die. She didn't want for this to all end after all they'd been through.
I remember opening my eyes to see a young boy standing over me. His eyes were a deep ebony and seemed to bore into my very soul. I felt as if I had seen him before, and I had seen him before. I spoke softly at first. "Who are you?"
"Kakashi-sensei, she's awake." He said simply not really caring of my words or at least not expecting me to really care if he ignored me.
"Who Are You!" I shouted grabbing his arm with my pale hands. I hadn't realized how ill I had become since the battle with Itachi Uchiha.
"Sasuke Uchiha." He replied simply as if not caring once more of my feelings. I cared though with his last name came new troubles.
"U-Uchiha..Wait! You're- You're His Brother!" I shouted in anger. I was blind to the realization that I had met this Uchiha before, and I had been in love with him from the moment we met. I attacked quickly.
"Get Off!" He shouted trying to push me back but not really trying to hurt me. When I hit against the bed again, I still rose my voice as if trying to make him understand me.
"You Helped Him! You Helped Him Kill My Family! Die!" I screamed the words still in fear and hatred. I attacked him once more. This time he restrained me, as an older man walked in. He couldn't have been more than twenty five.
She had been trying to make sure he stopped drowning in his blood. Her hand moved from his chest as she grabbed his hand into hers. "I Love You," She whispered then pressed her free hand against her lips and leaned against him kissing him softly and flowing her chakra and life energy into him. Don't die, Sasuke Uchiha. Please, don't die. She closed her eyes focusing as the tears continued to flow down her cheeks.
((Hope you don't mind, but that's how her power has always worked. Tell me if you're trying to make him die.))
